This is the Summer '98 loose-limbed funkadelic party vibe sound condensed into one jam (give or take a detour into California Love or two). I don't agree with people saying Summer '98 is superior to Fall '97, but I wouldn't disagree with anyone that says Summer '98 is more *likable* than Fall '97.
